My decision about no medicines and surgeries
My disease history made me decide to cure my condition without the help of medicines, surgery or any type of special treatments, exercises, meditations or any practices other than so-called 'normal' life. I describe in the following sections what prompted me to do this and what thought process I went through to make such a decision.
Nasal polyps and asthma (and many other diseases - perhaps all of them?) are curable
I am sure that nasal polyps and asthma, despite what I have always heard from doctors, are a curable disease. I mean 'curable' in the full sense of the word, that is, in which the body makes them disappear from its own area without external interference.
Understanding instead of combating
I decided to understand my illness, answer the question why I have it and what to do, what to give up and / or who to become, so that it becomes unnecessary and leaves me healthy. In other words, start working with it instead of fighting it.
Since my decision I got to understand what diseases are at all, what generally causes them and what to do as well as not to do to heal. I learned what worked for me and what didn't. "Worked" - meaning what was bringing quick results of good mood, energy and mental clarity, "not worked" meaning what was causing sluggishness, brain fog and the waves of distressing recurrent symptoms.
I think it's the universal principle for healing
With a high degree of probability I think that the natural healing that I am describing is the universal principle by which any disease can be cured.
The healing of nasal polyps helped in healing other diseases
Thanks to this process, my health improved on many other unexpected fronts - I got out of many years' depression, nasal polyps and asthma were healed as well as chronic constipation, uderactive thyroid, overgrowth of skin on the face in the area of the sinuses, nose and chin, water retention in the body disappeared, cellulite smoothened and my appearance generally improved - the shape of the body, face, quality of hair and nails, to name just a few. Besides, I stopped reacting to stress with cigarettes and highly processed food. By introducing healthy food, I freed my body and spirit from cravings for substances that bring short-term relief and have harmful consequences. The medicines became unnecessary, and I stopped using them altogether.
