Even if I make mistakes, the healing always goes on. Perhaps, it slows down a bit if I feel worse after my bad decisions, I think, however, that thanks to the experimental knowledge I acquire with each situation like that, the dialogue of the mind and body gains new levels of subtlety.

What is the best diet in healing by force of nature?

I eat virtually everything, within common sense, of course and according to my intuitive knowledge of what is healthy for me.

At times, after eating something that was not good for me and what I thought was my intuitive choice, I then don't feel very well. I find such experience useful in learning to distinguish intuitive (supportive) information from the conditional ones that were acquired in the past and were mostly based on 'what I want' more than 'what I need'.

When I don't feel good after eating something, I go back in my mind to the moment when I was hungry for that particular type of food and try to recollect that situation once again, but with a newer perspective of how I felt after that. I analyze the body signal that my mind took as intuitive, whereas it turned out to be false, this is conditioned. Comparison with other situations where I chose more beneficial for my health, makes in every such case a reference point for healthier decisions in the future.
I eat mostly vegetarian food, but I still eat meat.

Since these products trigger mucous generating, I gave up entirely the derivatives of any milk: butter, cheese, cottage cheese, curd, yogurt.

I avoid eating eggs.

Although sometimes I like beer or wine, I find that both of these drinks do not do me well - while drinking, they cause sinus reactions (runny nose and sneezing), and the next day a stuffy nose and feeling worse.

To speed up and improve the removal of mucus, I use decoctions of powdered ginger as well as decoctions of turmeric and cayenne pepper, which I also add abundantly to dishes that I cook.

In principle, everything that I cook, I season according to the 5 elements cuisine. I learned to cook like this many years ago, and it became my second nature.

I discovered the benefits of short fasting - giving up eating anything but drinking water. I use these fasts several times a week, sometimes for literally 12-14 hours, sometimes a little more, usually no more than 24 hours. I feel light during them, and the body has the opportunity to take a break from digestion and focus on its internal processes.
